For a GBP 40 billion Telecom Player: Over 1800 gender diverse candidates were  reached out to across 35 geographies and more than 7 industries. The assignment was to hire for Senior Technology Leadership Development Program which included experienced diversity candidates.

For a large British Bank : A two year engagement across multiple markets –to facilitate hiring over 50 diversity senior executives in leadership roles across Asia

One of the world’s largest Insurance Players: Diversity study based on ethnicity & gender conducted for regional & country leadership teams up to N-2 level across 7 countries for top MNC Life Insurers in Asia.

 

Diversity Networking Event 


For a large Global Bank : A niche forum where over 80 diversity candidates (women and candidates of East/South East Asian ethnicity) were invited, over 10 were selected by the client for potential leadership roles.

For a large Global Bank : Conducted a detailed review of key Diversity metrics and policies for a select group of eight banks. This included key gender and nationality measures and Diversity practices in the eight banks chosen by the client
