Anisha Chowgule

Anisha Chowgule is the Head of Product & Technology at Positive Moves, spearheading the development of PINE 2.0, the firm’s next-generation AI-powered executive search platform. In this role, she leads the strategic evolution of the firm’s digital ecosystem, integrating advanced technologies to drive efficiency, insight, and innovation across global leadership search.

Anisha’s work focuses on defining the product vision and architecture of PINE 2.0, leveraging a modern, cloud-native tech stack and embedding Generative AI capabilities (including GPT integration) to automate workflows in search, matching, and reporting. She is also responsible for enhancing real-time analytics through intelligent dashboards and market intelligence tools, as well as overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and global compliance frameworks. Her mandate includes identifying AI-driven service opportunities to unlock new value for clients and internal teams alike.

This role builds on Anisha’s previous experience leading cross-border executive search mandates and managing critical accounts in Telecom and Technology. Her dual lens of technical depth and domain insight enables her to design intuitive, scalable solutions that are rooted in business development and user experience.

Anisha holds an MBA in Human Resources from NMIMS and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Pune University.
