Kate is a Partner based in London and focuses on servicing clients across sectors in UK and Europe. Prior to joining Positive Moves, Kate was the Chief People Officer at OneWeb, a global Satellite Communications company. She was instrumental in building OneWeb’s C- suite and leadership team, and growing the organization by 10X in terms of people growth in a span of 24 months.

Throughout her years, Kate has spent significant time coaching and guiding leadership teams to achieve their full potential. Prior to OneWeb, Kate was part of Inmarsat’s HR leadership team – her achievements include leading the people plan for the Global Xpress programme, a transformational start up programme within an established business that was headquartered in Switzerland. She also led the Inmarsat Aviation people plan – at the time a brand-new business unit and today, the fastest growing revenue stream for Inmarsat.

Kate is an accredited coach and studied the CIPD (Chartered institute of Personnel and Development) at Greenwich University in London.
