Praveen is a firm believer in the pivotal role Private Equity sector plays in driving overall global economic growth. In addition to helping PE firms build boards and leadership teams, he helps organizations learn from the highly entrepreneurial PE way of governance, building and empowering leadership teams, growing business and creating value. He is a thought leader in the global financial sector and is a strategic talent advisor to the boards and CEOs of several global corporations.

Praveen is passionate about the evolving business models due to the proliferation of data and technology. He plays an instrumental role in building enabling organizational structures, hire the right leaders, driving business change and growth. He is an investor and a board member at Positive Integers -a data and analytics organization, and Stashfin – India’s fastest growing online lending company.

Praveen holds a degree in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He lives in Gurgaon (New Delhi), India with his wife and daughter, and enjoys infusing his passion of world travel in his work.
