He is a valued advisor to the clients worldwide, leveraging his deep industry experience to help them formulate business, digital and marketing strategies and fill key executive positions. Over the years, Rajat has developed a very keen understanding of talent across Europe, Africa, Asia and North America.

Rajat spent the initial ten years of his career in fashion industry, where he headed marketing & communications for renowned fashion labels, helping spearhead retail and distribution strategies globally. He completed his Masters in Broadcast Management from the International Academy of Broadcasting in Montreux, Switzerland.

Executive search ninja by day, he juggles his free time between his passions of cross-fit, multi-player gaming and donning the toque blanche. Rajat lives in Gurgaon with his wife and son.
