Sonal is a Partner at Positive Moves and focuses on the firm’s Consumer, ConsumerTech, FinTech and Telecom practices. She advises Boards and CEOs on wide array of decisions including C-Suite succession, board composition and effectiveness and talent strategy. Sonal plays an integral role in helping clients develop and add strong digital transformation leaders within their top management teams. Ardent about diversity within the workplace, Sonal champions the Diversity & Inclusion practice at Positive Moves Consulting globally.

Prior to joining Positive Moves in their Singapore office, she worked with Bharti Airtel, a leading global telecom company, where she was responsible for setting up Airtel’s global talent acquisition Centre of Excellence and managing the global talent acquisition Strategy.

A gold medalist in Human Resource Management, Sonal holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and a B.Com(Hons) degree from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. She is married and lives with her husband and son in Gurugram. Sonal is a classically trained dancer and is passionate about travelling and exploring the world.
