Sonal Bahl is a Partner at Positive Moves, where she leads talent advisory work across the Consumer, FinTech, Telecom, and ConsumerTech verticals. She is also the global head of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion practice, a role she holds with deep conviction and strategic vision.

Sonal partners with boards and CEOs on complex leadership challenges, including succession planning, digital transformation, and executive team design. She has an exceptional ability to identify and integrate diverse, future-ready leaders into legacy and next-gen organizations.

Before joining Positive Moves, Sonal held a pivotal talent leadership role at Bharti Airtel, where she led global talent acquisition strategy and set up their Centre of Excellence for hiring across geographies.

A gold medalist in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad, and a graduate of Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, Sonal brings both academic excellence and a refined understanding of human capital to every engagement. She is a trained classical dancer, avid traveler, and global citizen who integrates empathy and precision into her client advisory.
