Over the course of his career, Sudarshan has led C-Suite and board search engagements for companies ranging from early stage technology disruptors to global technology powerhouses. Sudarshan is an evangelist of new age technologies and advises clients on their talent strategy, in order to build future-ready digital enterprises. The passion for technology also led him to be active investor and co-founder of a couple of digital platforms.

Sudarshan has played an integral role in developing the Financial Services, Infrastructure and Real Estate practices for the Firm, and remains active in these sectors.

Sudarshan holds an MBA degree from Mumbai University. He lives in Mumbai, India with his wife and two children, and is a dedicated cinephile.
