Upasna, an operating partner with the firm, joined Positive Moves in 2011 in the Financial Services practice. Based initially out of the corporate office in Gurugram, she now manages the firm’s London office. Over the years Upasna has led a diverse portfolio of global leadership searches across sectors like Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Technology & Financial Services.

Upasana has been instrumental in growing the Shared Services practice for the firm. She partners with global and regional Private Equity players to hire leadership talent for their portfolio companies. With a focus on customer centricity, she constantly endeavours to build strong, sustainable partnerships with her clients and specializes in identifying high calibre leaders within the converging domains of digital, technology, and the consumer. Prior to joining Positive Moves Upasna worked in corporate HR at DLF Limited, India’s leading Real Estate Company.

Upasana holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Pune, India with a specialization in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi, India. She loves to practice yoga, swimming, travel and gastronomy, and maintains for her own Food and Travel Blog – Life On My Plate.
