Vinnati is a Partner at Positive Moves, and is a core member of the Consumer Goods and Telecom practice. Ms Solomon advises clients at the C-suite level on talent strategy and provides a wide array of services that include leadership development, talent mapping and organization design.

Vinnati was one of the first employees at Positive Moves and joined as part of the management trainee program. Since the genesis of the firm, she has helped build the organization into a global institution.V She has been integral in building the Consumer and Telecommunications practices and partners with clients to produce holistic talent solutions. Vinnati holds an MBA degree from Goa Institute of Management, India. She lives with her family in Gurugram.
