Supriya focuses on building the technology and business services practices for the firm globally. She has 17 years-experience across Banking and Executive Search.
Supriya has successfully led C-Suite engagements for diverse clients globally. She partners with clients ranging from start-ups to large coglomerates to build leadership teams, as they navigate an evolving technological and digital landscape to build a transformational and agile executive talent pool.
Supriya is active in building the firm’s Financial Services Practice focusing on Consumer Finance, Banking, AIFs, Special Situations Funds etc. She is passionate about the Private Equity ecosystem, and works closely with several PE firms to hire leaders for their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Positive Moves in 2007, she worked with Deutsche Bank, a leading global bank, as part of the start-up team for Retail Banking in India.
Supriya holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and lives in Gurugram (New Delhi) with her family.
